Four (4) years ago our President, William Jimenez, decided that he needed to have a world class Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in order to survive in the 21st century business environment. He realize that if you don't stay in front of your customers, someone else will. He found out along the way that just having a follow up system was not enough, hoever. He needed to be able to position his services in such a way that people really heard him.

William starting research on his own on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google analytics and online marketing best practices. It was then that things really began to crystalize.

Searching out experts in different areas William began to assemble a team that could bring his vision to fruition. His ideas brought in people with a wealth of experience from many different market segments. Suddenly his idea of a Real Estate specific CRM changed to a non-centric CRM that could easily work for anyone that has leads, from a car dealership to an attorney, and everything in between, all tied into a world class CRM that could do what no-one else could, share the lead without losing track of it, what a simple idea (as most are once someone else has thought of it!)

Thus was born Will2Design, a team of industry experts from; Real Estate, Loan Origination, Business Law, Financial Planning, and more, working together with brilliant Software Engineers who know how to make vision come to life.
